Section 76-1-101 et seq., Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended, excluding all sections covering charges municipalities are unable to prosecute, and also Section 57-37a-5, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended, is adopted and is included in the Moab Municipal Code. (Ord. 92-06, 1992)
