The official and corporate seal of the City shall be one and one-half inches in diameter and the following device:

Horizontally through the center, the word “Seal,” encircling the word “Seal” and near the outer edge of the seal, commencing at the left-hand portion, the words “City of Moab, State of Utah.” (Prior code § 1-14)
