12.12.010 Permit required.

No person shall make any excavation in any street, lane or alley, or remove any pavement or other material forming any street or improvement thereon, without a permit from the superintendent of streets.
No person shall excavate any sidewalk within the City without first obtaining a permit from the superintendent of streets therefor. (Prior code § 21-28)
