In order to effectuate the ordinance codified in this chapter, the Moab city building inspector is directed to conduct a survey and identify those homes and businesses that do not have a street address number displayed. He shall then be required to personally contact each of those homeowners or business owners to determine whether or not a street number has been assigned to the home or business. In the event that no number has been assigned to the home or business, he shall assign a number thereto. (Ord. 86-05 § 3, 1986)
