Certain documents, copies of which are on file and are open for inspection of the public in the office of the building inspector and designated as the currently adopted edition of the building codes and amendments under Utah State Rule 156-56 of the Utah Uniform Building Standards Act.

The above mentioned are hereby adopted as the building code of the City of Moab, Utah, for regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the City of Moab providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor.
