That certain code establishing rules and regulations for the continued use or reuse of legally existing buildings and structures constituting the minimum standards for change of occupancy, alteration or repair of existing buildings and structures entitled “Uniform Code for Building Conservation,” 1991 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials is adopted as the building conservation code of the City, and by this reference is made a part of this chapter to the same extent and effect as though such code were copied herein in full. Three copies of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation are filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Recorder. (Ord. 94-17 (part), 1994)
