That certain code establishing the administration and enforcement of the technical codes adopted by the City entitled “Uniform Administrative Code,” 1994 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials is adopted by the City, and by this reference is made a part of this chapter to the same extent and effect as though such code were copied herein in full.
