Any person having a proprietary interest in any real property may submit an application for a zoning map amendment or a zoning text amendment, or the Planning Commission can, on its own motion or on request from the City Council, propose, study, and recommend changes to the official zoning map or the text of the Land Use Code. All costs associated with publication and notification requirements are the responsibility of the applicant. (Ord. 08-03 (part), 2008)
