All residential single-household dwelling units in all zones where residential dwelling units are allowed shall have at a minimum a twenty-four-foot horizontal wall and a fourteen-foot horizontal wall bisected by an angle on at least two non-opposite sides; i.e., other than directly opposite sides of the structure.
