In case of failure or neglect to comply with any and/or all of the conditions and regulations as herein established, and as specifically made applicable to a planned unit development, the Zoning Administrator shall not issue a certificate of zoning compliance therefore. Such failure or neglect shall be cause for termination of the approval of the project. Such failure or neglect to comply with the requirements and to maintain the buildings and premises in accordance with the conditions of approval thereafter shall also be deemed a violation of this title.
