The City Council may waive all or a part of the impact fees otherwise payable in connection with affordable housing units developed under this chapter. Any waiver shall be vested in the discretion of the City Council, based on the merits of the application in attaining the affordability goals of this chapter. (Ord. 18-20 (part), 2018)
