The three members of the appeals board elected by the employees shall be from the appointed officers or employees who have previously been elected to the Moab City personnel policies and procedures committee. The current members of the Moab City personnel policies and procedures committee shall assign three members of their board to serve as members of the appeals board for each individual appeal that may be filed pursuant to this chapter.
