2.92.010 Arches hotspot region coordinating committee--Number of members--Appointment--Term of committee.

A. In the creation of the Arches hotspot region coordinating committee, it is herein decreed that:
1. The committee shall consist of seven members.
2. Committee members shall serve for the duration of the committee which shall be one year from the date of the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
3. Four committee members shall be appointed by the Moab City Council by simple majority.
4. Three committee members shall be appointed by the Grand County Council by simple majority.
5. A vacancy shall be filled by the respective council which originally appointed the committee member as soon as reasonably possible following a vacancy. (Ord. 20-11 § 2(Exh. A) (part), 2020)
