On or before the effective date of the tax established by this chapter, the City shall enter into a uniform agreement with the Utah State Tax Commission as provided in U.C.A. Section 10-1-405 for the collection, enforcement, and administration of the tax provided in this chapter. (Ord. 05-02 (part), 2005)
