Water Meter Reread Charges

The City crew will reread the customer’s meter.

Actual labor costs with a one-hour minimum

The costs incurred for these requests will be paid within thirty days. If that bill is not paid, the water will be turned off until the debt is satisfied, and a reconnect charge (one-half-hour minimum) during regular hours, or reconnect charge (two-hour minimum) after hours, will be applicable.

If the problem proves to be the City’s responsibility, there will be no charge to the customer.
