Any person wishing to hold a special event shall first obtain a permit under this chapter. It is unlawful for any person to hold a special event without obtaining a special event permit. All permits issued pursuant to this chapter are nontransferable and expire on the date specified. (Ord. 18-15 § 3, 2018)
