6.04.020 Obstructing animal control and animal shelter activities.

No person shall remove any animal from the custody of the animal control officer or the animal shelter manager or out of the animal shelter by stealth or by force. No person shall interrupt or hinder the animal control officer or animal shelter manager in the discharge of their duties. (Ord. 07-12 (part), 2007)
