8.16.030 Sanitation of stables or places where animals are kept.

No person having charge of any stable, stall, shed, apartment or yard in which any animal shall be kept, or in any place within the City in which manure or liquid discharges of any animal shall accumulate or collect, shall permit such stable, stall, shed, apartment or yard to be kept in an unclean or unsanitary condition.
