9.04.110 Failure to comply with written promise to appear in court.

A. No person shall wilfully violate his written promise to appear in court regardless of the disposition of the charge upon which he was originally arrested.
B. A written promise to appear in court may be complied with by an appearance by counsel. (Prior code § 1-11)
