No person shall wilfully disturb the peace or quiet of any neighborhood, household or person by loud or unusual noise, by tumultuous or offensive conduct or by threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight or fighting within the City. (Ord. 19-13 § 21 (part), 2019; prior code § 17-10)
