Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-6-12 of the Utah Code Annotated, there is adopted the “Moab Municipal Code,” as compiled, edited and published by Book Publishing Company, Seattle, Washington. The City of Moab hereby incorporates the State of Utah Land Use and Management Act 10-9a-101 through 10-9a-803. Where the City codes and the state codes conflict, state codes shall apply.
