A. It is unlawful for any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs to be in or about any vehicle with the intention of driving or operating such vehicle.

B. It is unlawful for any person to drink any intoxicating liquor or partake of any narcotic drug in a motor vehicle on the streets or alleys of the City. (Prior code § 14-10)
