A. The City shall be entitled to inspect any material, or may require of the permittee satisfactory proof of composition, by laboratory tests or otherwise, prior to accepting material for treatment in city treatment works.

B. The public works director is authorized to reject for treatment any shipment by a permittee reasonably believed to be in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 98-12 (part), 1998)
