To the extent that any uniform code adopted under this title conflicts with, or is contrary to, other specific provisions of the Moab Municipal Code, the specific section of the Moab Municipal Code shall be deemed to supersede and take precedence over the uniform code provision. In all such cases the section of the Moab Municipal Code shall supply the effective standard, rule, or specification to which construction shall adhere. (Ord. 98-08 (part), 1998)
