That certain code establishing rules and regulations for the erection, installation, alteration, addition, repair, relocation, replacement, maintenance, or use of any swimming pool, spa, or hot tub plumbing system entitled “Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code,” 1991 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials is adopted by the City, and by this reference is made a part of this chapter to the same extent and effect as though such code were copied herein in full. Three copies of the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code are filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Recorder. (Ord. 94-17 (part), 1994)
