17.71.030 Guest apartments and short-term boarding houses not a permitted use.

No license shall be issued for guest apartments, and the future conversion of apartments to guest apartments shall not be a permitted use in any residential zone. Short-term boarding and rooming houses shall not be a permitted use in residential zones. (Ord. 91-08 (part), 1991)
