A. Public, public educational or religious institutional signs shall be located entirely upon the premises of that institution, shall not exceed an area of fifty square feet per frontage and shall comply with Section 17.93.075.

B. If mounted on a building, these signs shall be flat wall signs and shall not project above the roof line; if ground mounted, the top shall be no more than five feet above ground level.
