The Mayor or any two members of the City Council may call a special meeting of the City Council by giving a notice thereof to each of the members of the City Council. Notice may be served personally, left at their domicile, or via email. Email is considered the preferred manner of providing notice. (Ord. 18-04 (part), 2018: prior code § 2-13)
