The appointment of a person to be known as City Manager shall be by the City Council, including the Mayor. Once approved by the City Council, the Mayor shall sign the contract entered into with the City Manager on behalf of the City. (Ord. 18-04 (part), 2018: Ord. 93-09 § 2, 1993)
