In all contracts awarded under this chapter the contractor shall provide to the City proof that all goods, services, materials, equipment, or fixtures which are purchased under the contract are subject to the sales tax exemption possessed by the City as a governmental entity. No contract awarded under this chapter shall include any purported mark up or other charge for sales tax. (Ord. 18-03 (part), 2018)
