The Moab Water Conservation and Drought Management Advisory Board (the Board) shall consist of seven members, six of whom shall be residents of the City of Moab. One member of the Board may be a resident of the Spanish Valley region. (Ord. 18-04 (part), 2018: Ord. 17-09 (part), 2017)
