An applicant denied a business license of any type shall be given written notice of the action from the City Treasurer. An aggrieved applicant may appeal a license denial to the City Manager by filing a written notice of appeal within five business days of the notice of decision. Failure to timely request an appeal shall result in waiver of the appeal right. The City Manager shall hear the appeal no later than fifteen business days from the date of the appeal notice. The City Manager may sustain the denial, grant the license, or grant the license subject to conditions. (Ord. 18-15 § 2, 2018)
