A. No license issued under this chapter may be assigned or transferred to any person or entity not named therein; nor shall any license authorize any person other than the named licensee to do business at the licensed premises or any other location.

B. Upon the sale, conveyance, or transfer of a business or substantially all of the licensee’s interest in a business, the new owner or transferee shall, within ten business days of completion of the conveyance or sale, apply for a business license. (Ord. 18-15 § 2, 2018)
