All licenses issued under this chapter shall expire one year from the date of issuance, unless a prior date is specified. Licensees wishing to renew their license at the end of the specified term shall submit a renewal form and license fee at least thirty days prior to expiration. All renewals shall be reviewed for approval criteria by the City Treasurer. Licenses are renewable under the terms stated in Section 5.04.060. (Ord. 18-15 § 2, 2018; Ord. 13-17 (part), 2013)
