Every owner or keeper of any dog or cat shall attach the animal’s vaccination tag to the collar of the dog or cat, to be worn at all times by the animal. Alternative means of displaying the vaccination information such as through the use of implanted microchips may be approved by the animal control officer. (Ord. 07-12 (part), 2007)
