It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the City to in any manner whatever encourage or urge dogs or any other animals or fowl to fight or urge them on after they commence to fight. It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the City to place or collect wagers on any form of animal fighting. (Ord. 07-12 (part), 2007)
