A. Violation. Any person who is found guilty of violating this chapter, either by failing to do those acts required in this chapter or by doing a prohibited act, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor punishable by a maximum sentence of up to six months in jail and a maximum fine of one thousand dollars. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation unless limited by Utah law.

B. Enforcement. Any peace officer or code enforcement officer is authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 21-07 § 1, 2021)
