No person shall wilfully injure, deface or destroy any building or fixture thereof; injure, destroy or secrete any goods, chattels or valuable papers of another; take down, injure or remove any monument, street sign or any tree marked as a boundary of any tract of land or city lot; or destroy any fence, fountain, shade or fruit tree or any kind of public or private property.
