No person shall take or use culinary water from the City water system except from an approved connection and upon payment of all applicable rates and charges. Any unauthorized water use shall be unlawful and punishable as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 17-30 (part), 2017: Ord. 17-25 (part), 2017)
