A stormwater drainage system subject to review by the City Engineer and the approval of the public works director and city planner, shall be required by the City and e the responsibility of the project applicant. The system shall be separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system. The plans for the drainage system shall be prepared by a licensed engineer.
