The City Council establishes the City register of historic sites. Structures or districts may be listed on the register only if the site, structure or district has been designated by the City Council following recommendation by the Board. All properties listed on the National or State Register are eligible for the City register but are not designated until approval, pursuant to this section, is obtained. (Ord. 08-11 (part), 2008)
