The Treasurer shall give every person paying money to the City a receipt therefor, specifying the date of payment and upon what account paid; and he/she shall also file the duplicate of such receipt with the Recorder at the date of the monthly report. (Ord. 18-04 (part), 2018: prior code § 2-37)
